A long time without racing and a even longer without blogging is behind me. After the three Worldcups I was doing a lot of basic training again. I spend some time in training camps and feel very well prepared for my first World Championships in the Single Kayak. The race course in Duisburg is one of my favourites. The Canoe World is expecting again a big and very well organised World Championships. Like in 2007, when it was held the last time in Duisburg. At this time I was sitting in front of the TV and watched the action. Things changed, now I am sitting in the kayak and hope to be part of the action in TV.
